persimmon

Yesterday, I received a cardboard box from my parents in Niigata. Inside the box, there were a lot of persimmons!!

There were about 6o in the box! I can't eat all of them by myself.... I hadn't heard that my parents sent me persimmon, so when I received the big and heavy box and look inside it, I was so surprised!
By the way, my hometown, Maki in Niigata, is so famous for persimmons. The persimmons which made in Maki is called "Okesagaki" or "Hacchingaki". It is seedless and very sweet! I've loved it for a long time. Okesagaki is shiped to all over Japan, so it is famous and you might see it at supermarkets. If you haven't eat Okesagaki, try it once! You will probably love it ;)

See you★!
