Good evening :) I'm enjoying cooking these days! These are the pictures of the dishes which I made them last weekend.
Saturday's dinner

and I bought fried oysters and macaroni salad.
Sunday's breakfast
*toast
*persimmons
*stir-fried vegetables seasoning ketchup
I made stir-fried vegetables using leftover vegetables in the refrigerator.

*potato salad
and I bought dumpling.
Recently, I started to think about nutritional balance of the dishes when I cook. I think well-blanced diet makes our health much better. It can be good for losing our own weight. So, I must be careful about it. And cooking my own meal is more economical than eating out. For example, Curry on rice, a main dish of Satuday's dinner, cost less than 200yen!! If we go to a restaurant and order the same dish, it will cost higher than that.
Cooking own meal has a lot of merits!! If you live a single life, you had better do it ;)
