I ate...
*corn salad
*natto rice
*boiling hamburger
*kimchee
My mother prepared these dishes for me!! It was so delicious♪ Boiling humburger was my mother's homemade meal<3 I was very surprised when I heard she cooked it with the leftovers. I was so impressed by her fabulous cooking. I love her dishes!! I want to learn how to cook well during this winter vacation.
By the way, natto is one of my favorite foods. Do you like it? Some of you might not because of its smell and tastes. When I was a junior high school student, I dislike natto because of this reason, but one day, I discovered it was so healthy food and delicious!! Natto is made of soy beans, which contain many kinds of nutrients, such as protein, so it is healthy food. Because of its nutrients, natto is said to prevent cancer! What a great food isn't it?! Moreover, eating natto is also good for losing weight!! It has a low calorie content. I always ate natto last year because I retired Karate club in last August and I couldn't have enough time to exercise. Thanks to natto, I could lose weight about 3 kilograms!! If you dislike natto, please challenge it just one time!! There are a lot of good points to eat natto ;)
